Rustom v/s Mohenjo Daro Review, Ratings, Box office collections


The two biggies of the Bollywood have released their trump cards today, so lets see who wins the battle between the two biggies -directors and actors. It would be considered as a biggest clash of the year. You come to know that we are talking about the today’s release “Mohenjo daro” and “ Rustom”.

One is the direction of Veteran director Ashutosh Gowariker, “Mohenjo Daro”, which follows Hritik Roshan as a farmer who confronts the man who is determined to destroy one of the world’s oldest cities in the drama set in the Indus Valley in 2600 BC.

Another is Second-time director’s Tinu Suresh Desai’s Rustom, which stars Akshay Kumar as a Navy Commander who is accused of killing his wife’s lover in the thriller inspired by real life events of the 1950s.

As This weekend is filled with consecutive Holidays of the auspicious Independence Day on 15th August and Raksha Bandhan on 18th August. So, both the movies released with high budget of around 200 crores and both get the advantage of the holidays.

As it is the third movie of Akshay Kumar in this year and Rustom movie has already raised buzz and curiosity among fans while looking trailer and song response. Rustom Box Office Collection is over 30 crores in first day this biggest for the Akshay Kumar’s movie.

“Mohenjo Daro” on the other hand does not seem to delight viewers with its post trailer and song releases. It is the first movie of the Hritik of this year, so the expectation is high from the “Mohenjo Daro”. Mohenjo Daro Box Office Collection is over 20 crores this is pretty good amount for a historical movie.

Akshay Kumar Vs Hrithilk Roshan’s box office clash the winner is Akshay Kumar, but both the movies get a rating of 4 out of 5. It is the first day record so lets wait and watch who win the battle as the weekend is remain yet – “Picture Abhi Baki Hai”.
